Minecraft Cape Gift with Purchase Promotion - Promotional Terms

The Minecraft Cape Gift with Purchase Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer sponsored by Snow Commerce, Inc., an Ohio corporation, with a principal place of business at 1340 Clay St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, United States (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is subject to these terms and the policies located at shop.minecraft.net including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Eligible consumers, defined as adults who are 18 years of age or older, may participate by making a valid purchase of qualifying items on shop.minecraft.net and entering their promo code at the Minecraft Redemption Portal located at [https://minecraft.net/redeem] to receive one (1) free in-game downloadable Twilight Tee applied to their Minecraft account (the “Promotional Item”). Promotional Item supplies are limited. Proof of purchase may be required by Sponsor. The offer is limited to one (1) Promotional Item per qualifying transaction and with a unique email address and may be applied to previously completed transactions. Promotional Items are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

Codes for the Promotional Item will be included in the confirmation email for qualifying purchases, and the Sponsor is not responsible for deleted or lost codes resulting from inaccurate email information or caused by the email carrier. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Fraudulent activity, including using multiple accounts or false information, will result in disqualification. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be resold, and refunds for returned items will reflect the amount paid, subject to applicable refund policies. Promotional codes, unless specifically stated, cannot be redeemed for gift cards. The Promotion begins on December 11, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST, or when all Promotional Items have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
